This policy covers the personal information Peak Affinity collects through peakaffinity.com and the storefronts and member portals we run for sports teams ("Teams").

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email and, if a plan ships items, mailing address.
• Membership details: plans bought, answers to sign-up questions and order history.
• Mobile number: if you choose to sign in by text message.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We see only limited card details, such as the brand and last four digits.

How we use it

To process purchases, deliver memberships, send sign-in codes, receipts and other account emails, provide support and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• The Team whose membership you bought, so it can deliver your membership.
• Service providers that help us run the services, such as Stripe, hosting and email delivery.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you choose to sign in by text, we use your mobile number only to send the one-time sign-in codes you ask for. We send no marketing texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See how text consent works.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the text-message provider that delivers our codes.

Children

Kids club memberships are bought and managed by a parent or guardian. We collect only the child details the club asks for, and a parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete them.

Your choices

You can update your details in your member portal, or email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your information.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
